サッカーを楽しむ

久地FCは設立当初より「親子でサッカーを楽しむ」をコンセプトに運営してまいりました。コーチをやりたいお父さん（お母さんも）はいつでもウエルカム。もちろん、お父さん・お母さんの応援は練習や試合を問わず大歓迎です。

子どもたちにはサッカーの面白さと厳しさを学んでもらい、するもよし・見るもよしで生涯サッカーを楽しんでもらい、またサッカーが健全な成長の一助になってもらいたいと考えています。

更に、親御さんにおいては、良い親子関係をつくる思春期前の大切な時期、親子の会話をサッカーというトピックで大いに盛り上げていただきたいと思っております。

子どもたちだけが成長するのではなく、お父さん・お母さん、私を含めたチームに関わる全ての人が成長できるサッカークラブでありたいと考えています。

小学生年代のサッカーにおいて、”子供たち自らが勝ちたいと思うチーム”と”大人達が勝たせようとするチーム”の質は、同じ「勝」を目標にしていても決定的に違います。

Creating a team to win with an adult view may sometimes become a barrier to fascinating players, if you do somewhat. In this age, it is important how we can develop our own thinking skills. You should be conscious of always stretching "pieces" and never pinch it.

To that end, I think that the coach staff's important role is to make soil and support so that the children understand the meaning of practice and can strive for themselves to seriously improve their work.

And, both children who continue football and children who choose roads other than soccer can feel that the experience at Kumi football club was fun and informative, and they are proud of being their starting point It is my coach's staff's desire to be such a team.
